THE COMPENSATION PLAN
There are Eleven (11) plans that an Affiliate Member can join in other to participate in the compensation plan, each with its own ROI (Return On Investment);
1. STANDARD - Invest €90 EUR to €999,999 EUR and receive an average weekly ROI of 6% for 52 weeks (N.B - ROI not withdraw-able until after 52 weeks).

REFERRAL COMMISSIONS
There are referral commissions that are paid based on a uni-level compensation structure.
What is a Uni-Level Compensation Structure?
1. NEW MEMBER - 5%
2. BRONZE AGENT - 7%

6. BRONZE DIRECTOR - 13%

You should note that these percentages are a coded bonus and that every Questra World Investment offers a 15% pay out.
An Affiliate would only be paid whatever their applicable percentage is if they are not at the Platinum Director rank or higher. The system will then look through the up-line to find a higher ranking affiliate to pay out the remainder of the total 15% payout.
An illustration, If you are a Silver Agent and you sponsor a new VIP Affiliate (€100,000 EUR), your referral commission is 9%, so you will be paid €9000 EUR.
This would leave 6% of the total 15% that is generated, which would then be paid out to a Gold Agent or higher ranked affiliate.
The same procedure is followed for other ranks, so the pay outs would continue until the full 15% is fully paid.
INTEREST FREE LOAN
When a Questra World Affiliate reaches the Gold Director rank or higher, they are eligible to apply for an interest free loan.
The company's website dictates that the loan must e used toward real estate or a car, with 25% of the price being paid by the affiliates
Questra World then offer to pay the remaining 75% over a period of 5 years for a car, or a period of 10 years for real estate
The loan repayments are taken out of the Affiliate's commissions.

REFERRAL COMMISSIONS

What is a Uni-Level Compensation Structure?
- It is a structure that put an affiliates at the top of a uni-level team that then put every personally sponsored affiliate thereafter directly under them at Level 1
- When these Level 1 affiliates brings in new affiliates, they are put on the Level 2 of the first affiliate's uni-level team
- The same format continues down Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and so on, down to the number of Levels needed
- These commissions are paid out as a percentage that are invested by affiliates in a uni-level team
1. NEW MEMBER - 5%
2. BRONZE AGENT - 7%
3. SILVER AGENT - 9%
4. GOLD AGENT - 10.5%

You should note that these percentages are a coded bonus and that every Questra World Investment offers a 15% pay out.
An Affiliate would only be paid whatever their applicable percentage is if they are not at the Platinum Director rank or higher. The system will then look through the up-line to find a higher ranking affiliate to pay out the remainder of the total 15% payout.
